Sheraton Hotel

Interior design · Hospitality

A Sheraton hotel interior where robust public spaces are given warmth, clarity and a confident international character.

Large public interiors can easily become anonymous. Here, scale is broken down through furniture groupings, lighting and material shifts that give guests recognisable places to pause and orient.

Durability is integrated into the visual language rather than treated as a concession. Hard-working surfaces, crafted focal elements and softer zones combine to keep the environment composed through daily use.

The project addresses the hotel as a sequence of repeated encounters: arrival, waiting, meeting, circulation and return. Each needs to work immediately, yet together they should feel like one continuous place.

01

Make arrival legible

Architecture and furniture establish intuitive destinations before signage has to explain the plan.

02

Create rooms within the room

Smaller social territories bring comfort and purpose to expansive public space.

03

Design for the thousandth guest

Material choices retain dignity under repeated use while supporting the intended atmosphere.
