Interior design

A private residence in Phuket where strong geometry is softened by natural surfaces and finely crafted detail.

Each space has a distinct composition, yet recurring proportions and material relationships keep the house connected. The interior is expressive without relying on a single motif repeated from room to room.

Custom elements mediate between architecture and furniture. They carry storage, light and display while bringing the larger geometry down to the scale of the body and hand.

Design approach / 02

The project thrives on contrast. Strong lines give the rooms clarity and presence; warmer materials, curves and touchable elements prevent that precision from becoming austere.

Use contrast as structure

Hard and soft, dark and light, linear and curved elements give each room a legible balance.

Vary without fragmenting

Rooms develop their own character inside a consistent family of proportions and materials.

Craft the middle scale

Joinery and bespoke pieces connect the architecture’s big gestures to everyday use.
